Privacy Policy

Cyklio requires no registration or login and does not create a user account. Your reminders, categories and settings are stored exclusively locally on your device. We do not send this data to our servers.

1. Data controller

The controller of the Cyklio app is Mikołaj Pindera. Contact: cyklioapp@gmail.com.

2. Data stored locally

All information you enter – task names, dates, categories and settings – is stored locally in your device's memory. We have no access to it. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data permanently deletes this information.

3. In-app purchases

The premium version is a one-time purchase handled by the store's payment system (App Store / Google Play). Payment and purchase verification are handled entirely by the store operator and linked to your account – Cyklio does not receive or store any payment card data. The app only reads whether the purchase was made.

4. Notifications

The app may send local notifications reminding you of your tasks. They are generated on the device and require no data to be sent externally.

5. Permissions

Cyklio may ask for permission to display notifications. You can revoke this permission at any time in your device's system settings.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell or share your data. The only entities processing data related to the app are the store operators (Apple, Google) for the purposes of purchases and distribution.

7. Children's data

The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.

8. Your rights

Since we do not store data on servers, you have full control on your device – you can edit or delete it in the app, and remove all data by uninstalling the app. For privacy matters, write to cyklioapp@gmail.com.

9. Policy changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available at this address.
